Complete Farmer is an Agritech company that uses data and technology to connect all stakeholders in the value chain to ensure quality control, proper standards, and end-to-end food production systems. We developed an integrated platform that connects growers, buyers, suppliers, and other players in the Agriculture value chain to enable a seamless channel for business operations. Our mission is to enable stakeholders across the value chain to connect and gain a competitive advantage using disruptive technologies. For growers, Complete Farmer provides cutting-edge technologies and cultivation protocols to grow to international market standards. The grower model offers both small and large-scale farmers in Africa the opportunity to trade with buyers of choice by selecting vetted buyers on the platform without the interference of middlemen. For buyers, we make the buying, shipping, and production process frictionless. Our infrastructure enables buyers to source commodities that meet specifications and provides a transparent platform to monitor production and shipment. To ensure that every touchpoint can be fully trusted, Complete Farmer operates a network of partnerships with other entities from input providers, researchers, auditors, to retailers. This enables us to keep airtight structures and processes in place to ensure a Complete Farming process that is sustainable and scalable enough. Our tech team is constantly optimizing our systems to make our technology offering more robust and relevant for the agriculture sector even as it continues to evolve. The Complete Farmer team is a group of problem solvers with diverse career fields and backgrounds.
