C.O.S.I. was established in as an orthopedic rehabilitation service company. C.O.S.I. has rapidly grown to covering all aspects of the Orthotics and Prosthetics field with credentialed facilities strategically located throughout the metro area and Long Island. All locations have certified practitioners in both Orthotics and Prosthetics. Our fabricating lab is located in our Manhattan office. We also service patients in home care, hospital and clinic treatment settings. C.O.S.I has an accredited NCOPE residency program in Orthotics and Prosthetics.
