Complete Pilates

Our aim is to provide world class Pilates to all our clients no matter their goals in a friendly and open environment. We will guide you to achieve maximum gain from each session and teach you to understand your body and its strengths and weaknesses. Our director Helen O'Leary brings extensive experience to Complete Pilates from her work in elite sports, gymnastics and performing arts and all our instructors have been especially selected by her for their knowledge of movement mechanics and commitment to tailoring exercises for each individual. All our instructors are trained to a high level and continuously undertake training courses to advance their skills. We also provide medically led rehabilitation for those returning from both acute or chronic injury. Each time you come to Complete Pilates, our instructors will always ask you questions. Your answers to these questions and our visual assessment of how you move help us to tailor your personal programme to ensure we are working towards your goals. Joseph Pilates stated that "in ten sessions your will feel the difference, in twenty sessions you will see the difference and in thirty you will have a whole new body". Our instructors work with you in order to turn this statement into a reality for everyone.
