Complete Senior Benefits ℠ (“CSB”) is an independent marketing organization dedicated to providing top-tier insurance products to Senior Citizens. Our products are sold over the phone from our home office call center located in Richardson, Texas. We have had the privilege of offering insurance products and services since 1986 and serve markets throughout the country. We are fortunate to have a dedicated team of agents and associates who provide our customers with the best products from premium carriers at affordable prices. All CSB agents and associates are trained on the “best in class” insurance carriers, competitive product offerings, customer service and more. CSB houses two call centers, one dedicated to Medicare-related products and one dedicated to Final Expense products. While each call center offers very different products, the end goal is the same, offering our valued clients coverage they are comfortable with from an organization they can trust.
