CTS ATLAS is a for-profit technology software company located in Brooksville, FL that was incorporated in 1997. The company provides a hosted SaaS set of customized software solutions to help workforce development organizations streamline operations, maximize efficiencies, increase customer engagement, and enhance performance outcomes. Initially CTS started out providing IT services in the workforce development arena, and the CTS team quickly identified a need for an electronic document management system, EEO compliant, center customer tracking, and participant service tracking system. Out of this identified need, the ATLAS system was created and implemented in several metro and rural workforce development boards. CTS is the creator of ATLAS: Automated Tracking, Linking, Archived Solution. CTS has consistently provided over 25 years of uninterrupted IT service and WD customer engagement software to our clients.
