Component Process and Repair (CPR) offer a cost effective, high quality component repair & manufacturing service to the Aerospace, Industrial Gas Turbine /APU, Nuclear, Marine, Industrial and Automotive sectors. Typically we work on low to medium volume, specialized parts that require heat treatments / protective coatings for extreme conditions and we serve customers Internationally. We undertake specific processes that add value and save money in the production, repair or overhaul of high value and high specification components. In addition to the repair of worn or damaged parts, we can undertake both new fabrication and ‘Reverse Engineered’ component manufacture and all operations are fully certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO AS9110C. Operationally, we adhere to ‘full and all’ technical specification as well as client specific overhaul instructions and manuals. With our Aviation work, we are CAA and FAA approved and work on Hot and Cold section components.
