Composers Diversity Collective

CDC is an organization of music creators striving to evolve the entertainment industry to reflect the diversity of our broader society. The vision of the CDC is to tackle the industry’s talent pipeline challenges by increasing the visibility and access to underrepresented and culturally diverse music creators, music supervisors, sound engineers, and musicians. We also seek to create an inclusive community that helps grow our awareness of each other while dispelling misconceptions and biases about the stylistic range of composers from minoritized communities.
