With humble beginnings in 2007, has grown from a three-person firm to an operation with more than 30 professionals delivering planning and construction consulting services for commercial and public buildings including healthcare facilities, residential units, parks, community centers, educational facilities including K-12 schools, universities, libraries and other learning centers as well as transportation infrastructure including roadways, bridges, transit facilities, railway and aviation infrastructure. is an African-American owned and certified Minority Owned/ Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (D/MBE) with leadership representing more than 100 years of construction and management experience. is also prequalified by the State of Illinois and Cook County for construction management and IDOT for construction inspection as well as LEED AP certified for new construction. has consistently delivered high quality construction consulting services on a range of vertical and horizontal projects from concept to closeout.
