Repairing and restoring garments is significantly more cost-effective than producing new ones, reducing the need for fresh resources and preventing waste. This approach tackles one of the most resource-intensive and environmentally harmful aspects of the fashion industry. The founders of Compreli have spent the past decade experimenting with new materials and techniques to deliver superior repair services to apparel manufacturers in Sri Lanka. Today, we repair nearly 60 different defect types found in textiles, apparel, and accessory products. Our strong commitment to fast service & end-user safety motivates our R&D team to continuously develop new and improved solutions. We have repaired and restored 10 million garments thus far, which is equivalent to saving mt of pre-consumer textile waste, mt of CO2 and 5 billion gallons of water whilst giving jobs to 150 people in asia living below the poverty line and generating USD 7-10 million in bottom line savings to manufacturers.
