ComVest Corporation was formed in 1992, primarily for the purpose of representing multi-family property owners in their negotiations with communications providers. The principals have many years of experience representing many of the nation's largest developers, owners, and service providers. Because ComVest represents many thousands of apartment units and because we keep abreast of the changing marketplace, our representatives are able to take advantage of specific situations that can benefit our clients. ComVest is a member of The LaBrec Financial Group which is one of the few organizations ever to be named by Inc. magazine as a member of the "Inc. 500" list of fastest growing, privately held companies for three consecutive years. The organization has been providing investment consulting services to clients since 1976.
