In 1974, Comvita founders Claude Stratford and Alan Bougen imagined people living healthy lives. Bees were their inspiration, and honey their medicine. Together, they set out on their mission: to benefit people's lives by creating top-quality, healthy products in as close to their natural state as possible. Nearly 50 years on, our purpose is still to inspire, enable and empower people to live healthy and vibrant lives, whilst working in harmony with bees and nature, to heal and protect the world.
