Con Pazion

Con Pazion is on a mission to create an important and sustainable change in the lives of unprivileged children, so that they can obtain a dignified place in society and be the future leaders in their communities. The way we do this is unique and innovative. Because we believe that education in combination with awareness is the key, our strategy is to establish primary schools in slum areas, where we provide children with quality primary education, supplemented with a unique and powerful package to empower them from the inside out. We teach the children practical skills founded in a holistic, balanced approach to life, by supplementing the core curriculum with yoga and meditation, environmental awareness, values and health classes. Con Pazion makes the children aware of their own strength and of the world they live in, so that they become self-aware and self-confidence from within. We help the children to experience for themselves what is important for them, society and the world. The schools we establish will occupy a central place in the community and the additional classes will also be provided to community members, which will increase the effects of our education. Con Pazion’s unique and innovative education concept has big potential to create social and civil mobility for many children worldwide regardless their social class or background. Currently we are implementing a pilot project in Lima, where we work with 120 unprivileged children and are preparing the construction and operation of the Con Pazion primary school which opens in March 2019.
