In startup situations, expanding in other business or regions ( going international ), crisis, turnaround, restructuring and even closing. We have deep knowledge in different areas: IT- Software Solution & services, Hospitality and recreational area, Logistic and FM-projects, Real-Estate business, Export- and Trading, We often engaged for Banks ( workout / asset-Management / special ops) or family offices and take care of certain assets, assume limited risks even taking over assets in SPVs to manage the exit. CONact is situated in Germany with an office in Italy and Switzerland. International experience in all Europe plus US, Mexico, Argentina, South Africa, Namibia, Israel. Like the name CON (=concept, strategy) and act (=action, realization) we believe to be able to realize projects for our clients/ partners, too.
