In 2015 Paul founded Concentric Wealth Advisors, LLC (CWA) with his partners, Anthony Marsland and Government Portfolio Advisors, LLC (“GPA”), a Portland, Oregon-based SEC-registered investment advisor. GPA recently became an owner in CWA and has agreed, upon effectiveness of our SEC registration, to provide sub-advisory services to CWA. GPA’s two partners, Dave Westcott, CFA, and Deanne Woodring, CFA, bring to CWA in excess of 74 years of experience working in the financial markets, specifically, in the area of fixed income investments. Both of them carry the most coveted financial designation, Chartered Financial Analyst or “CFA”. CWA and its affiliate, GPA, in the aggregate have more than $6 Billion in assets under management with an additional $ 4 Billion in assets under advisement. CWA was launched with the intent of providing downside protection to client portfolios in market selloffs while simultaneously having the ability to participate in up markets through a full market cycle. Both have occurred since inception. We have seen upside participation and downside protection. CWA offers investment services across a broad spectrum of investment vehicles, providing diversification designed to perform across full market cycles, a minimum of 5-10 years. The firm offers traditional and alternative portfolios, which aim to add true alpha and can be considered non-replicable by institutional consultants and investors.
