Concept Mechanical Services was established in 2010. Our director Max Karavatakis started as a service technician in 1988. In the last few years prior 2010, he was the services supervisor of this company and for approximately 9 years was a part owner. The company’s main focus and experience was specialized in the field of industrial/commercial refrigeration, high rise mechanical services and air conditioning. In the ensuing years of business, it was successful in being awarded various commercial contracts. continued to provide HVAC service and planned preventative maintenance under the respective contracts.
