I am a residential and small scale commercial contractor with 30 -years of experience in architectural design, project management, and coordination. I specialize in leading collaborative projects that incorporate a team vision, based on a fine balance of time, quality and budget. I pride myself in building long-term relationships with my clients because of my field knowledge and experience, trust, integrity, excellence and resourcefulness. Furthermore as a “Certified Aging in Place Specialist” (CAPS designation) I have been taught the strategies and techniques for designing and building aesthetically enriching, barrier-free living environments. I am particularly attuned to the unique needs of the older adult population skilled at “Aging In Place” modifications, providing solutions to common barriers with “Universal Design” principals in remodeling projects.
