The company provides streamlined services for enriching EVs obtained from a variety of sources. With headquarters in Tartu, Estonia, the company offers bio-assay solutions and excels in extracellular vesicles (EVs) research. ConceptEasy develops lyophilized and fluorescent milk EVs. The company also provides the following services: • EV enrichment: Pre and post sample preparation + benchmarking • EV characterization: Fluorescent NTA, Zeta potential and colocalization analysis • EV DNA/RNA quantification • EV DNA/RNA sequencing • Consultations on project and experimental design in EV studies • Training on selected instrumentation Our first product include(s): Concepteasy's purified cow’s milk EVs are isolated from cow’s milk using a combination of precipitation and tangential flow filtration (TFF) steps. Isolated EVs particle concentration and size distributions is measured using Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA). The total EV protein concentration is quantified using Bradford Protein Assay. The milk EVs are lyophilized for storage and transport. Lyophilized EVs after reconstitution, show similar physical characteristics similar to their physical characteristics before lyophilization. Concepteasy's purified cow’s milk EVs can be applicable for: • Conventional and fluorescence nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) • Flow cytometry • Surface charge /zeta potential measurements • Electron microscopy • Protein marker analysis
