Concinnity Advisors, LP is a research firm and index provider founded on the belief that companies maximize their capacity to create wealth by tending to the interdependent needs of multiple stakeholders (i.e, employees, suppliers, customers, and communities). We believe companies that adopt this multi-stakeholder operating system (MsOS) will paradoxically deliver more long-term value for stockholders than those operating with an overemphasis on shareholder value to the neglect of other stakeholders. Our investment research process identifies and evaluates companies that have seemingly adopted an MsOS as the nucleus for their value creation process. Concinnity’s primary focus is public U.S. equities.
