Concord Architects specializes in the design of residential architecture in the northeast. For over twenty-five years Karl Leabo and Tim Whitney have provided complete architectural services to clients from additions to complete homes. We offer exceptional, capable hands-on service and are committed to building long-term client relationships. Tim Whitney and Karl Leabo are also principals at CHA Sports, a premier sports design firm. Tim and Karl are nationally recognized specialists in the design of sports and recreation facilities for independent schools, colleges and universities throughout the eastern United States.
