Becky Abramson, LCPC - Becky is a licensed therapist with 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She specializes in working with adults who are going through difficult times in their lives - depression, anxiety, uncertainty about their futures, or concerns about current unhealthy behaviors. Her theoretical orientation combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Mindfulness skill-building as a way to guide her clients to understand how their thought patterns influence their feelings and behaviors. She brings a professional, personable, and non-­judgmental approach to her work, as well as a sense of humor to the therapy process.
