Concourse Partners is setup as an opportunistic vehicle to invest in event-driven and special situation opportunities in the micro and small-cap markets. We identify a few opportunities each year in an effort to produce outsized returns through asymmetric risk profiles. We seek to identify companies that are trading at significant discounts to the valuations they would attract as traditional private, venture backed companies, exploiting the valuation disconnect often associated with small public companies.
