Condeland Engineering Limited (CEL) provides extensive Project Management, Cost Management and Analyses, and Civil Design services to the Land Development industry. We are proud of our extensive group of resources, in planning, engineering design and construction, identifying and adding value to potential development sites. CEL is a full service engineering firm, established in 1993, providing planning, detailed design, feasibility studies, project management, contract administration, cost-sharing analysis and inspection services to the development industry, municipalities and government agencies. Through both our ‘In-House’ professionals and Associates, CEL further provides specialty planning services. Full plotting and CAD capabilities are all completed ‘In-House’.
