Condimentum is a grower backed, food ingredients company milling mustard seed from Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and South Lincolnshire, and processing fresh mint from Norfolk farms. Many of our farmers and their families have been producing these crops for generations. We operate from a purpose-built unit, incorporating the latest manufacturing technologies, on the Norwich Food Enterprise Park and produce double superfine mustard flour, together with mint sauce solution, for Colman's - a world renowned brand which has been produced in Norwich since 1814.
