Condor Corporation started out with an idea in 1981 – to provide outstanding living at an exceptional value. We began by building our own properties from the ground up, and so Lexington Heights Apartments (Mendota Heights, MN) and Eagle Ridge Apartments (Maple Grove, MN) were built between 1982 and 1984. Since then, over the past 40+ years, we have continued to grow our portfolio of communities and have become a successful, family-owned and operated property management company. We now own and manage 7 beautiful apartment communities in Minnesota and Florida (over 1,700 apartments!). From our family, to our staff and their families, to our residents, and throughout the communities and cities where our apartments thrive, we remain committed to that initial idea of providing outstanding living at an exceptional value. That has become our mission over the years, and we look forward to continuing this mission well into the future. Our family-centric approach informs everything we do – from maintaining the quality of our communities and apartments; to building a relationship of trust and service with our residents; to fostering long-term, mutually beneficial connections with our staff.
