Building homes in a smart city concept for healthy living, environmental sustainability by user-friendly digitalisation. Since 2012 we have successfully designed and built innovative senior health and housing centres for public and private developers in several sites across Norway, optimising for user independence, integration in a community, access to health care services and optimisation for physical activity and interaction with other users. In the later years we have seen an increased awareness of smart living and smart health and care. Digitalisation and artificial intelligence (AI) with autonomous systems are therefore strategic focus areas for us. CondoVita AS has since the start built up a strong professional environment in our business segment, and has established a solid international network of experts in related fields.
