Communication is a fundamental human need. People need to be able to communicate to fulfill their social, educational, emotional and vocational potential. Conexu is a national non profit changing the way people connect to others through exploring and tweaking new communication technology. Our vision is to create a connected and inclusive community. Our mission is to use technology to bridge the communication divide between hard of hearing, Deaf or speech impaired Australians, and the broader community. We do this by: Researching unmet needs in our community Inspiring and teaching people how to use technology to their advantage Developing or trial the introduction of new and emerging technology that unlocks communication potential Developing our organisational capabilities so we can do more for our communities
