A história da Confeitaria XV começa no ano de 1964, quando foi fundada por Ingo Burchardt e sua esposa Silvia, e estabelecida em um casarão antigo na rua XV de Novembro. Em 1981, a confeitaria, nessa época mudada para a rua 9 de março, é adquirida por Oswaldo e Marlete Burini, que decidiram ter o seu próprio negócio após dois anos arrendando a Confeitaria Dietrich.
