Conference Geeks

Starting in originally as Geeks and Gurus and more recently as Conference Geeks, we’ve partnered with meeting planners, non-profits, corporations, associations and a variety of other organizations in creating successful events in more than 45 cities in 19 states. We’ve worked in venues ranging from tiny conference rooms, boutique hotels and clubs to large convention centers. On some projects, we’ve been the sole AV-provider and on others we’ve partnered with in-house AV teams as well as national providers such as PSAV, Encore, Swank and others. We’ve worked with venues that have no AV-staff and those that have a full team of stage-hands and other labor.
