Narail is a village in a remote area of the country where very few people know about computers. Following this, the journey of "Confidence IT" started in 2009 with 1 trainer and 1 student. Basic computer, computer fundamental, and office application courses were started in 2010. Collecting students was quite a challenge. Because the people of the village did not know much about computers, and teaching with money was more of a problem. Banners, handbills, posters, and miking were the mediums of advertisements. Gradually the number of students also increases. I started graphic design and freelancing training with 1 trainer in 2015. At first, he got 10 students by advertising on Facebook. Those who were trained in graphic design and freelancing for free. Thus, after carrying out a few activities, paid courses are introduced. Thus the courses keep increasing, the students also keep increasing. In 2018, we started studying digital marketing to reduce our marketing hassle. And I was able to reduce the hassle of social media marketing by about a third. The biggest problem was the internet. Because there was no broadband or T, N, T line. I had to use the internet with a mobile SIM net. As a result, there were problems in conducting all these activities. The social media marketing course was started in 2020 with 1 more trainer. So far we have been able to train about 1200 students. Many of our trainees are working in various organizations including government, private, NGO, school, college, madrasa.
