We are based in the inner western suburb of Seddon, situated between Footscray and Yarraville but service all areas of Victoria, from the inner and outer suburbs of Melbourne to remote regional properties. Andrew Varone and Amy Nash are a blockbuster team who work tirelessly to keep our clients abreast of what is occurring with their transaction, and ensuring all stakeholders and parties to the transaction are ready for settlement. With enormous change occurring in the Conveyancing industry we keep our team fully trained, and ahead of the curve. Most of our transactions are now paperless and we take environmental sustainability seriously with an almost paperless office. Confident Conveyancing is an Associate of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers, are PEXA Members, are early adopters of Electronic Conveyancing and carry Professional Indemnity Insurance.
