We offer inclusive and compassionate nutrition care for those in eating disorder recovery or for anyone interested in a weight-inclusive approach to nutrition. Our goal is to help clients find their way through all of the confusing messages, while confidently being able to nourish their body and treat it well. We believe that each person is unique and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. Our team of registered dietitians are committed to guiding our clients on their individual journeys toward a more positive and nourishing relationship with food and their bodies. We believe that by helping our clients develop a deeper understanding of their own needs and desires, we can help them make more satisfying choices for themselves.
