Confit Gym

Confit gym - Is an idea that started from inside a prison cell, creating a platform to bridge the social gap between former inmates and the wider society through fitness and education. We help former inmates to become fitness professionals so they can do what they love doing and give back to society though fitness. We provide community support once individuals come out of custody and our mission is to break down societies preconceived notions of inmate stereotypes and reduce recidivism in Australia. Inmates trained to be free in jail and today we help people from all walks of life train to be free in society. We run prison escape team building workshops for corporates/ sporting teams and schools. A fun way of building team cohesion and wellness through problem solving and fitness based challenges, whilst contributing to create social impact. At Confit gym Hard Time is always a fun time.
