Confluence Consulting meets at the intersection of where you are and where you want to be. We develop leaders through leadership coaching, teaching the tools for systems and community impact, and gathering changemakers with the New Leaders Network. We develop nonprofit organizations by facilitating powerful experiences, offering strategic solutioning and project management services. Confluence stands out because of how we do this work- collaboratively, intentionally, and aligning values with action.
