Confluence Educational Consulting was established in 2017 with a simple goal: to provide schools and educational non-profits with targeted strategic support that is transformative to the organization and to the children it serves. With Confluence Educational Consulting, Megan utilizes her varied experiences as a classroom teacher, a curriculum expert, an independent school trustee, and an elementary division head to support organizations as they thoughtfully seek to better fulfill their unique mission.
