ConFusion Matching coaches entrepreneurs in developing countries who want to develop their businesses and increase their market. Connie gives advice and training in corporate social responsibility, fair trade, supply chain management and prepares businesses for social certification. ConFusion Matching is also a social auditor in Europe. We carry out all kind of social audits (SMETA, BSCI, Codes of Conduct) regarding labour conditions, health and safety, renumeration and human rights. Connie is an expert in fair trade, social auditing en training of medium and small companies in developing countries. Connie has developed the EFTA fair trade assessment system and used with many fair trading partners in Asia, Africa en Latin America. Since July 2014 Connie is accredited social auditor Connie uses her knowledge and experience in ConFusion Matching aiming at sustainable development, cooperation and match making in such a way that all people in the supply chain benefit.
