Congruence Training (Pty) Ltd was formed in July to focus specifically on the training segment of the business, and took over the training function from Consulting which would then focus Training is conducted mostly in-house, but in selected instances a public basis. In 2006 the company received its Exempted Micro Enterprise status. Congruence Training is an accredited provider of training (No. 0522) with learning programmes registered with the Services SETA. Four qualified assessors and two internal moderators assess and moderate against national unit standards.
