Created by Lucie Courtois, who is blind, along with her mother Carol Trapani and god-sister Ella Deshautreaux, Connect Alt was designed with accessibility, community, and inclusion at its core. We centralize blind and low vision events, programs, and resources from organizations across the country — making it easier than ever to find support groups, advocacy tools, trainings, and more, all in one inclusive platform. We believe access to information should be barrier-free — because participation should be possible for everyone.
