Connect is a specialized independent coaching, consulting and facilitation firm primarily serving leaders in healthcare, high tech and professional services all across the United States and globally too. We also work in other industries as well. The leaders we work with want to thrive in our VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) world. They're high performers yet recognize that they need to continue to adapt, grow and become more resilient and relevant. By working with Connect, leaders are able to increase the clarity of their thinking, engage in deeper conversations and relationships, and improve their decision-making. Liz Guthridge is Connect’s founder and Managing Director. She started the firm to help leaders change their behavior through greater clarity, connections and commitment using science.
