Our goal is to be a resource connector for multiple facet, from providing a job pipeline for graduating students, to identifying surplussed Our Vision: To be the premier resource for businesses and graduating seniors. To align hiring companies with graduating seniors from High Schools, Community Colleges, and Universities. We want to be the pathway from school to career. Our Mission: Our first responsibility is to the business owners, graduating seniors, CTE’s, and all others who are interested in learning and understanding the true value of skilled trades with a career upon graduation. Our Goals: Develop working committees to close the gap with the schools and the local businesses. Create a mentor job shadowing programs, for students who do not have a role model in the filed they are Interested in pursuing. Initiate programs to encourage students to engage in career opportunities. Design an awards program to recognize the students and the business owners to encourage others to follow the path for success.
