Connect Modular specialises in the provision of affordable modular homes for housing associations, local authorities and community trusts. Our homes are constructed off-site in our Ayrshire Manufacturing Facility, where they are completed to ceiling height and pre-fitted with kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing and electrics. The houses are then transported to site and craned into position where they are made wind and water-tight on the same day, allowing the final external works to be completed. Under most contracts, Connect Modular takes on the principal contractor role, managing all aspects of the project from design and statutory consents to manufacture of housing and construction of ground and site works. This ensures a single point of responsibility for affordable housing clients.
