Connect Northumberland

Connect Northumberland's vision is to play a role in creating a larger and more capable Northumberland Workforce, increasing prosperity through a vibrant employer community. We aim to achieve this by developing leadership and core capabilities, to support growth, break down geographic barriers, give employers a voice, and attract people. We plan to assist employers to access the economically inactive in the county. We will help employers retain and attract young people, especially from further or higher education. The Connect Northumberland team are passionate about the County and making Northumberland a great place to live and work! We are data driven and aim to connect the dots for Northumberland employers.
