Connect2Care was founded by health professionals with a deep understanding of the health and disability sector and a passion for making a difference. The business is specifically designed to meet the needs of those living with disabilities in our community. As a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Provider we offer Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Dietetics. We strive to make navigating the NDIS a positive experience for our participants with experts on hand to assist with the process.
