Our mission is to improve the lives of children, adolescents, adults, and families affected by mental illness; substance abuse; domestic violence; physical, psychological, sexual abuse, and neglect; as well as other types of trauma, by providing high quality behavioral health care and foster care services to children and adolescents in custody of the State of Utah.
