Divide is clearly visible in following ways big cities have decent schools, skill training institute to cater to modest income group. These surely lacks in smaller cities. People’s in big cities are aspirational with respect to children’s future, that is the reason even modest earner’s determine to give decent education or skill training to their children. On the other hand many people working in big cities has thinking of giving back to their society from where they belong (smaller cities or villages). Connect2Roots Foundation is a purpose-driven organization committed to enabling equitable access to career opportunities for underprivileged and underrepresented youths across India. By bridging the gap between aspiration and access, Connect2Roots connects aspiring graduates with accomplished mentors from diverse industries who offer structured, personalized guidance. Our mentorship programs focus on enhancing career readiness, building confidence, and developing critical professional skills. Through virtual and in-person engagements, mentors help students navigate educational choices, career planning, and workplace expectations—empowering them to make informed decisions and build a sustainable future.
