Our facilities are 18-beds and can serve the medically complex healthcare community including trach/vents, wound care, intensive rehabilitation, stroke care, medication management, and more. We accept insurances such as Workers Compensation, Managed Care Plans, Private Pay, PACE Programs, and we also work with local Regional Centers.
