Connected Roots is here to provide services that promote and support healthy families, strong communities, and a strong workforce in order to help individuals develop their full potential. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to helping families and communities grow, thrive and prosper. Our mission is to provide education, training and support for individuals, families and communities through the provision of programs that promote family stability, social development and economic self-sufficiency. Our goal is to provide support for families who are experiencing difficulties in their daily lives, including poverty, abuse, neglect or domestic violence. Connected Roots also provides services for both children and adults who have experienced physical or mental health challenges during childhood or adolescence.
