We are Connected Through Strength - a mindful fitness studio in the heart of Dorchester, MA dedicated to personal training, fitness classes, nutrition coaching, and wellness services! Our goal is to support and motivate all of our members & students and keep them consistent while working on their health and wellness goals! We offer both in-person and virtual options to connect with us including: Personal Training, Small Group Training, Fitness Classes including Yoga, Bootcamp, HIIT, Ignite Indoor Cycle, Barre, plus Nutrition Coaching, Reiki Healing.and MORE! We are thankfully not a big-box-gym. We pride ourselves on being a small fitness studio focused on providing workouts that are challenging, safe and effective. We are less than 3 miles from downtown Boston MA and less than 15 minutes from Quincy, and we love being in Savin Hill - a small neighborhood surrounded by an incredible community. We believe in making workouts FUN! Going hand in hand with consistency - if you don’t enjoy it on some level, you aren’t going to keep showing up. We also think exercising should be fun because exercise is a celebration of what we are capable of! So even challenges can be fun - we never said it would be easy though. We are conveniently located steps away from the Savin Hill T-stop and a short walk from the JFK/Umass T-stop. Although many of our members live within walking distance - there is ample street parking all around us! We STRONGLY believe in the importance of COMMUNITY! We are so grateful for our CTS community and we are committed to providing an amazing and supportive space and experience for every single client and student. We host events, outings, a book club, challenges, etc. regularly. We truly care about members of our community as people and not just as clients! Our studio is welcoming, friendly and motivating right when you walk in! Our high ceilings are even painted a sky blue to encourage a sense of calm and expansion upon entering!
