I’m not saying that the struggle is bad or that it should even be avoided, but what I am saying is that we can learn to see the struggles as part of creating a great life. We can change how we react, think and believe. This will change what we do and ultimately how we live in general. So how do we at Connecting Compass do this? It's not magic. It’s paying attention to what we really think and do, deciding if we want to keep on that way or make changes. Then of course we actually have to work at maintaining these changes. Most of the time, we don’t realize how we are standing in our own way. We unknowingly tell ourselves what we can’t do or be or have. If we knew we were a part of the problem, I know we would stop – That’s where I come in. Together we can uncover what you really want, why you don’t have it yet (so you can stop repeating the cycle of “why is my life just ok”) and then take action to create not only a fulfilling life, but also one where you can easily maneuver through the rough parts….
