In addition to my coaching expertise, I bring a wealth of knowledge as a Childbirth Educator, Doula, and Breastfeeding Educator, supporting you through the precious journey of parenthood. As a certified meditation teacher, REBT, CBT, EFT and TFT practitioner, I focus on emotional well-being and self-awareness, nurturing your mind and spirit with practices like Emotional Intelligence, Self-Hypnosis, Hypnosis and Ho’oponopono. With the experience of being a mother of 4 and a grandmother, I understand the joys and challenges that life can bring. Having lived in three different countries, I've had the privilege of immersing myself in diverse cultures and languages, allowing me to connect with people from all walks of life. Therefore, I speak English, Dutch, and German.
