Connecting Shadows

To make valuable shadowing and mentoring opportunities more accessible for premedical students from underrepresented groups in medicine and/or first-generation college students, we work with healthcare systems and clinics to mainstream and facilitate the process. We are providing students with experiences they may not have ever gotten, increasing the intelligence and experience of the next generation of doctors.
